Terms of Service

AutoTube generates short-form videos from your prompts and can publish them to a YouTube channel you connect. Features and availability may change as the product evolves.

You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to use the service in your jurisdiction.

Generating a video consumes credits. New accounts receive a limited number of free credits. Additional credits may be purchased through our payment provider. Unless required by law, purchased credits are non-refundable and have no cash value.

You agree not to use AutoTube to create or publish content that:

• infringes others’ intellectual property or privacy rights;
• is illegal, hateful, deceptive, or harmful;
• violates the YouTube Terms of Service or Community Guidelines; or
• attempts to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

You are responsible for the content you generate and publish.

When you connect a channel, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. You may disconnect at any time from Settings.

AutoTube is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Generated content may contain errors; review it before publishing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using AutoTube anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the law.
